Devexperts Launches Secure In-Platform Community Feature for Traders via Devexa

Devexperts, the global capital markets software provider, has announced that its AI-powered trading assistant and engagement bot, Devexa, now includes a new community feature. This addition allows brokers to create secure, broker-owned social environments for traders to exchange ideas without leaving their trading platforms.

The feature enables traders to build communities similar to those on third-party services such as Discord and Telegram. However, Devexa’s offering introduces key differences by prioritizing platform security and broker control. Users interact in a closed environment protected from unverified participants, competitors, and scams.

“Brokers to provide traders with the opportunity for interaction”

Jon Light, Head of OTC Platform at Devexperts, commented, “Devexa’s new community feature will enable brokers to provide traders with the opportunity for interaction and community-building they seek, with a number of key advantages. The safety of interactions is amplified for those using the Devexa community feature, compared to other popular communication platforms, whilst the ability to use the community feature within their trading platform improves traders’ overall experience, offering seamlessness and convenience. Meanwhile, brokers can ensure communities remain safe, whilst also increasing engagement by incentivizing traders to remain within their own trading environment.”

Available immediately, the community feature offers a seamless user experience, allowing traders to share ideas, voice notes, documents, videos, images, and links directly through the broker’s platform. This design reduces friction and prevents traders from turning to external apps.

A retention and engagement tool for brokers

Brokers retain full administrative control, gaining the ability to moderate conversations and ensure compliance across all discussions. This visibility distinguishes Devexa’s tool from external platforms, where compliance oversight is limited.

For brokers, the community feature is positioned as a retention and engagement tool. It facilitates deeper user participation through event threads, group analysis, real-time Q&A sessions, and trading competitions. These features aim to keep traders active and returning to the platform more frequently.

Devexperts also identified benefits for proprietary trading firms, which can create internal rooms for team collaboration, strategy discussions, and group learning. This offers firms an alternative to less secure messaging platforms that are not tailored for financial services.

By integrating social features into the trading environment, Devexa expands its trader engagement capabilities while giving brokers a direct method to cultivate loyalty and streamline communication within their own systems.
