Trading software and liquidity services provider Finalto will sponsor the 2025 Alphaville London Pub Quiz, one of the City of London’s top finance-themed social events, set to return on May 15.
Hosted by FT Alphaville, the markets and finance blog of the Financial Times, the event draws finance professionals, economists, and enthusiasts for a night of economics and market trivia. The quiz will take place at Ping Pong Bow Bells House, a dim sum venue near St. Paul’s.

The quiz will feature multiple rounds of macro and micro-themed questions, with space for 25 teams of up to six participants. Tickets are priced at £30 per person and include a dim sum platter. A surprise guest host will act as quizmaster this year, adding to the event’s appeal.
Finalto provides prime brokerage, liquidity, and trading solutions across multiple asset classes, including equities, FX, commodities, and crypto derivatives. The company said members of its team will attend the event, although they are not privy to the quiz questions despite their sponsorship.
