Sky Links Capital has established a new holding company, Sky Links Holding Ltd, incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The move consolidates the broker’s operations under a central structure, positioning the firm for broader global reach and regulatory scalability.
The DIFC-based entity will act as the corporate hub for Sky Links Capital’s multi-jurisdictional presence. The firm said this step strengthens governance, transparency, and operational oversight across markets in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
Sky Links Capital is a Dubai-headquartered multi-asset financial service firm led by former BDSwiss MENA CEO Daniel Taki Eddine.
“Centralizing our structure under the DIFC enhances our governance, credibility, and capacity”

As a multi-jurisdictional broker, centralizing our structure under the DIFC enhances our governance, credibility, and capacity to scale across global markets with transparency and trust. We’re building a platform for innovation, scale, and global reach. This is just the beginning for Sky Links.”
